Landlords Safety Certificates

We save the details and date of the certificate for the following year, and set a reminder, so we can perform the checks each year with ease. We provide gas safety certificates to suit your individual requirements and preferences, either by email or paper versions by post. Taylor Gas Services offer landlords a set price, regardless of the number of appliances in the house or flat.

Taylor Gas Services friendly personnel will liaise directly with your tenants to book a mutually convenient time for the safety checks. Immediately after the checks are complete, the certificate will be sent to you via email (or posted if you prefer) and a copy to your tenant. You can then print the certificate as and when required. Invoices too will arrive via email complete with bank payment details.
